Established in 2008 this ambitious Solicitor’s Practice had quickly established itself with an impressive commercial and media client list. By 2010 the firm’s growing reputation for results & excellent customer service was generating numerous opportunities from a diverse range of sources. The Managing Partner recognised the need to develop a strategy for growth which upheld the original ethos of the practice.

Solution:   

Incisive Marketing worked with the Managing Partner to determine the service offering, target market sectors and go to market plan. The project was delivered in 4 weeks through a mixture of desk & web research, one to one structured workshops and a detailed analysis of the financials & customer mix. The key strengths of the Practice were identified along with the “reachable” market opportunities. We created a focused marketing & sales plan which the Practice Manager was able to implement along with an operational strategy to deliver the sustainable growth required.
