For over 20 years Protechnic has been delivering high quality bespoke transit cases to a variety of market sectors. Protechnic are one of the leading UK manufacturers of protective cases, combining high quality manufacturing with outstanding technical expertise and service levels which are valued by clients throughout the UK. With steady organic growth and new products in the pipeline the Managing Director wanted a marketing plan which would support the sales team across the sales cycle.

Solution:

Incisive Marketing worked directly with the Managing Director and Sales Manager of Protechnic to develop the overall marketing plan. This focused on the key target markets of defence, instrumentation, aerospace and specific major accounts. The marketing communications element of the plan identified the redevelopment of the Website, Exhibiting at key industry events and producing sales literature as critical items. Incisive Marketing produced the “briefs” for these elements and worked with the Protechnic team to choose a suitable supplier. The whole project was completed over a 2 month period in time for the first key exhibition.

Outcome:

In the past year Protechnic have significantly increased their market presence in the UK & Europe. The company is still enjoying revenue growth and taking on new clients in its key sectors. The imminent launch of the new product range is the next step forward and already Protechnic have enquiries and orders from the efforts of the past year.
