Nurturing a business into one capable of delivering

Spending time out of the office on training courses is often
hard to justify and invariably proves to be a contentious
issue. A more practical means of developing the capabilities
of senior executives is for them to work with an experienced
Executive Mentor.
The mentor works alongside the Director, ideally on a
specific project to measure the impact and return on
investment. The role of the mentor is not “to do all the
doing” but rather to guide, nurture, challenge and impart
knowledge; so helping the Director(s) to improve their
