Jeff Bartlett, Managing Director
Jeff formed Incisive Marketing in 2003. The aim was to
provide ambitious SME’s with a Marketing Management and
Business Planning service that was practical, strategic and
above all results driven. Prior to this Jeff spent over 20
years in the commercial world working in a variety of
disciplines including Marketing, Product Management,
Customer Service, Sales and Strategic Planning.
Jeff has held a variety of leadership positions in highly
ambitious companies, where he always took a pivotal role in
the growth of those businesses. Jeff has worked for
companies engaged in both the Private and Public sectors
supplying to SME’s, Mid-Market and Blue Chip clients.
His work has given him exposure to a variety of markets &
cultures in the UK and, to a lesser extent, Europe & the US.
He has completed a couple of acquisitions and has been
involved in a number of start-up companies. His successes
have included:

in 2 years representing a 45% revenue increase

in two years
