There will be occasions when the volume of Business Plans & Investment Proposals which you receive will exceed your capacity to evaluate them. Incisive Marketing will undertake this task on your behalf for a fixed fee and with a guaranteed turnaround time for our Evaluation Report.

Developing Business Plans

Occasionally you will receive Business Plans or Investment Proposal which you feel have merit but are not yet complete or simply need further work. Incisive Marketing can work with the Company seeking the Investment to develop the Business Plan. We can engage directly with the customer or work on your behalf under your brand name.

Business Grooming

Our Business Grooming service is for companies who are seeking a Business Investment, Sale or MBO but are not yet ready. Incisive Marketing undertake an intensive project with the company to firstly advise on the necessary changes to ensure they will be Investment Ready. Once this is complete the we can continue to work with the company to help implement the changes and create an Investment Ready & commercially focused Business Plan.

Selling a Business
